mf3010 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing your use of the mf3010 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mf3010 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mf3010 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The mf3010 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. mf3010 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot fulfil this requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mf3010. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or misleading details — including your name, date of birth, and payment information — may result in account suspension and possible cancellation of any associated winnings or balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. mf3010 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
Mf3010 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through a document verification process. Users who fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have restrictions placed on their account functionality.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Mf3010 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
- Impersonating another individual or using someone else's identity information
- Abusing the promotions or bonus system through multiple registrations or other fraudulent methods
Mf3010 reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate any suspicious behaviour. Decisions made by mf3010 regarding rule violations are final.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the mf3010 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and other major local banks, as well as e-wallets such as TNG eWallet.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by our payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the payment method — bank transfers typically take 5–15 minutes, while e-wallets are usually faster.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable bonus rollover requirements. mf3010 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before approving a withdrawal.
All winnings, bonuses, and account balances are denominated in MYR. mf3010 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank service charges, or deductions imposed by third-party financial institutions during deposit or withdrawal transactions.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
Mf3010 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption. mf3010's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mf3010 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be error-free or virus-free. That said, we strive to maintain high uptime and will notify users of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mf3010 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. For accounts closed at the user's request with no breach of terms, any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to any required review.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mf3010 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the property of mf3010 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without the express written consent of mf3010.
Third-Party Links
The mf3010 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors. mf3010 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mf3010 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mf3010 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, subject to Malaysian jurisdiction.
